Product seems OK, but very unimpressed with their after sales customer service, I have suffered multiple delays and now will not have a complete kitchen until mid January. Goods were originally due Wed 12th Dec, received email a couple of days beforehand telling me they wouldn't be ready due to some re-makes, no apology for the delay, just told me they'd be delivered on Friday instead. I waited in Friday, no delivery and no communication. I tried calling over a dozen times Friday afternoon and nobody answered, phone just kept ringing. Finally took delivery late Monday afternoon. Inspecting it Tuesday morning, I found a number of pieces had small chips on the edge, of these 2 couldn't be hidden in the build and one piece was incorrectly sized. Informed them straight away and they were unwilling to expedite the 3 replacement parts before their Christmas shutdown. So I will now have no kitchen over the Christmas period.

Were extremely happy with the quality of our new kitchen. When we asked them for a handleless kitchen design, they took all the required details from us and showed a few great designs within our budget. The doors and the cabinets units are nice and functional and the paint is flawless. The kitchen looks fantastic after being installed completely. I must say, DKFs kitchens are of good quality and give the best value for money. I will recommend it to my fellow neighbours.
Very helpful but not pressured in showroom. Good selection and we'll displayed.We were assisted all the way through the design stage and subsequently ordered our kitchen, which has now been fitted. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and look of our new kitchen and highly recommend this company.
