This is a reply to the negative review seen on this page from Vanessa DiBenedetto today about our business.She purchased a perfectly good VW Golf earlier this year for 1450. Her elderly father in law checked the oil and water level when they took the car home,unfortunately he failed to secure the cooling system pressure cap after his "inspection" and the engine over heated on its next journey for obvious reasons,. She attempted to take me to court but failed miserably. We have been trading since 1985 and have thousands of very satisfied customers including one customer Mr John Grimes of Clayton le woods who we have sold around 17 cars to himself and his immediate family.We are currently waiting for her google review to be removed.
Avoid at all costs!!! Made the mistake of purchasing a car here, which broke down the day after purchase. Broke down again after supposedly being fixed by the dealer - only had the chance to drive it for 15 miles. Have had to spend time and money going through courts to get the money back. Nothing but hassle and frustration. Completely unprofessional.
